1. Acceptance of terms

By using CredPerk (operated by Perkio Technologies Private Limited, "CredPerk," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What CredPerk is

CredPerk is an independent information and comparison platform for credit cards in India. We are not a bank, lender, card network, or financial advisor, and using CredPerk does not create any lending or advisory relationship between you and us. Where CredPerk lets you submit an application for a card, that application is passed to the relevant bank or issuer, who makes the actual lending decision — CredPerk has no role in approving, declining, or issuing any card.

3. Data accuracy & offers disclaimer

Please read this section carefully. Card details, fees, benefits, eligibility criteria, and merchant offers displayed on CredPerk are aggregated from publicly available sources — primarily banks' and issuers' own published pages and offer terms — and are refreshed periodically rather than in real time.

As a result:

• We do not guarantee that any card detail, fee, benefit, or offer shown on CredPerk is currently accurate, complete, or still available.
• Offers, discounts, and promotions are set entirely by the relevant bank, issuer, or merchant, and are subject to change, expiry, or withdrawal at any time without notice to us.
• CredPerk is not responsible or liable if you do not receive an offer, benefit, or card feature as displayed on the site, or if it differs from what's shown by the time you apply or attempt to redeem it.
• You should always independently verify current terms, eligibility, fees, and offer validity directly with the bank, issuer, or merchant before applying for a card or relying on any offer.

4. Not financial advice

Content on CredPerk is provided for general informational purposes only and is not personalized financial, investment, or credit advice. Consider your own circumstances, or consult a qualified professional, before making financial decisions.

5. Applying for a card through CredPerk

If you submit a card application through CredPerk, you're providing your information directly to be shared with the bank or issuer you selected, with your explicit consent, so they can process that application — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and shared. The decision to approve or decline your application, and all terms of any card you're issued, are made solely by that bank or issuer.

6. No warranty

CredPerk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CredPerk and Perkio Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on any information displayed, or any card application or offer outcome — including the situations described in Section 3 above.

8. Third-party links

CredPerk links to third-party sites (banks, issuers, merchants). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites once you leave CredPerk.

9. Intellectual property

The CredPerk name, design, and original content are owned by Perkio Technologies Private Limited. Card and bank names/logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CredPerk after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
